This inviting Mother-In-Law rental offers the entire bottom-floor unit of our home, complete with a private driveway, separate entrance, and access to a shared yard and hot tub for ultimate relaxation. Located just 10 mins north of Sea-Tac Airport and only 0.4 miles from the waterfront, you'll be close to popular pubs, restaurants, and just a quick 15-20 min drive to downtown Seattle. Enjoy the best of Seattle’s charm and convenience from this cozy retreat!

Step inside to discover a spacious master bedroom with a king bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with a pullout sofa, a dining area, laundry room, and even a dedicated cocktail bar. The standout feature? A transformed 1960s bomb shelter turned speakeasy—your own private hideaway for an unforgettable stay. Ideal for adults looking to explore Seattle, adventure into the stunning Pacific Northwest wilderness, or enjoy a ski-and-soak escape with nearby ski resorts and the city just a short drive away. We’re dog lovers and welcome your pup to join! The backyard is shared with the upstairs guests, so please don’t leave your dog unattended in the yard. There is a $75 cleaning fee per dog to ensure a fresh space for all guests. We can’t wait to host you and your furry friends!

This unit is located on the bottom floor of the home. The upper unit is also a rental, so be aware you will likely hear/see them during your stay. Please be conscious of noise levels. The unit is completely separate except that the back yard area and the hot tub are shared with the upstairs unit. Absolutely No Parties unless specifically requested and approved. If any glitter or confetti is found or if you bring more than 4 guests, you will be charged an additionally cleaning fee and a negative review for not following our house guidelines.

Please no shoes in the house. Guests can check-in anytime after 4 pm Check-out time is at 11am sharp. A late checkout may be possible if requested before 11am on the day of checkout, for an additional fee of $30 fee per hour. The absolute latest we may be able to accommodate is 1pm (again, this has to be requested!) Any guest that stays past 1pm on their checkout date, may be charged for an additional night and a fee for rescheduling the cleaner. We also have a strict no smoking policy. If we find evidence of smoking of any kind inside the home, you will be charged a $500 fine. You’re welcome to smoke outside of the home as long as it’s 15 feet from the property. Absolutely No Parties. If any glitter or confetti is found after your stay, you will be charged an additionally cleaning fee and possibly negative review for not following our house guidelines. There is a $75 cleaning fee per dog to ensure a fresh space for all guests. Please treat the home as if it was your own and leave it as you found it. You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone, using a unique virtual key, or personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay.

This is the most amazing and interesting property I’ve ever stayed at! From the minute I walked in I was amazed at the gorgeous set up and quality artwork. The bomb shelter speakeasy is the coolest thing I’ve ever seen! I wish I could’ve booked for multiple nights. Everything was clean and there were so many extra items available. The hot tub was clean and had a gorgeous sunset view. The shower was tall enough for me (I am 6’5) and although it is a standing shower there is more than enough space to comfortably shower. I plan on returning with my friends!! I can’t think of a single negative attribute.

The driveway could easily fit two cars and is reserved for guests.
