We had a great time for a bachelor party. We aren’t rowdy so Ballard was great for bars and a walk back to the Airbnb to enjoy the fire pit on the roof. Was a great time!

1000 characters isn’t enough to describe how amazing this place is! Our family was so grateful to stay at Crystal’s home for six months. Every detail was on-brand, from the disco ball chandelier in the bathroom to the speakeasy/bomb shelter. The hot tub is a delight and the yard is full of beautiful flowers and greenery. Not only was the space amazing - Crystal and her team went above and beyond to host us. They had a guidebook, a guestbook, and were available at any given moment whenever something came up. They were so kind, respectful, and helpful, and we felt so considered and respected in their space. We would recommend this stay to anyone - with kids, with pets, or just a couple - and we sincerely hope we are able to return soon.

Our stay was very cozy and very comfortable. It was within walking distance to EVERYTHING! We did have a rental car and there was street parking and the was a parking lot around the corner too (had to pay for lot parking). The hot tub was ready to use and we enjoyed it every night. When we come back to the Seattle area we definitely will stay here again if it’s available.

We stayed here for just two nights, but we loved the location. It was surprisingly quiet at night, considering we were in what seemed like the heart of Capitol Hill. So many good restaurants, shops, cafés, etc., in a short walking distance. Plus the rail is not far away either. Crystal was very responsive and helpful as a host. We would definitely stay here again!

Had a wonderful stay! The home was specious, cozy, and clean, with plenty of room for myself and two friends. We loved how close we were to a variety of delicious restaurants just right down the block and how easy it was to get to and from main Seattle attractions. Very convenient that there is also a grocery store only a few minutes away walking. I would definitely recommend this spot to others.

Crystal’s home was perfect for our stay in Capitol Hill: close to great shops, bars, and restaurants, with more of a neighborhood feel than downtown. Our group arrived on different flights/trains, and the train station was about a 15-minute walk away. The train was also a breeze to use, especially if you're somewhat accustomed to using public transportation. The home is tucked behind a townhome HOA, so there are a few rules, but nothing difficult. Entry was a little unique at first, though easy once we got used to it. The layout worked great for our group: a pullout couch on the first floor; living room, dining area, kitchen w/ coffee pods, and half bath on the second; and upstairs, a spacious primary suite with king bed plus a smaller second bedroom suite with a twin and trundle. The AC was a huge bonus. We rented a car on our last day, and garage was a tight fit, so keep that in mind. Overall, we’d definitely recommend Crystal’s home as a cozy, convenient home base in Seattle!
